About Us
Twenty-five years connecting healthcare talent with the facilities and families who need them, across Ohio, Kentucky & West Virginia.

Empowering careers, elevating care
Wise Medical Staffing connects skilled healthcare professionals with the opportunities that fit their lives, while giving facilities the dependable staffing partner they need to deliver quality care. We know both sides of that equation well — and we work every day to keep them in balance.

Our Vision
A healthcare community where every facility has the staff it needs and every clinician has the career they want.
Our Mission
To connect skilled healthcare professionals with the facilities that need them, through relationships built on trust, not just placements.
Our story & mission
Founded in 2001, Wise Medical Staffing began with a simple idea: healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals both do better when the people connecting them actually know the work. Two decades later, that idea has grown into travel nursing, per diem, and permanent placement services — plus Wise Home Care, our sister brand — spanning Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We’ve stayed close to the communities we started in, and we measure our success in relationships that last, not just roles filled.
